**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated **HR Intern – Talent Acquisition** to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. This internship provides hands\-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle, making it an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. * Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. * Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. * Post job openings on various recruitment platforms. * Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. * Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates. * Assist in onboarding activities for selected candidates. * Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Pay: ₹500\.00 per month
