We are a growing window and door manufacturer based in Vaughan and are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail\-oriented Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Preparing and following\-up on quotations and tenders * Prepare accurate quotations for customers * Monitor and collect project information and prepare progress reports to help inform ongoing planning and implementation * Managing, reviewing and organizing change directives, site instruction and change orders. Preparing prices for extras or credits associated with each change. * Monitors project progress and timelines and prepares status reports to assist with timely project delivery * Coordinate with the purchasing department to order materials for production * Issue and track change orders
**Qualifications:**
* University Degree or College Diploma required * Strong familiarity with construction documentation including drawings and specifications * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) * Proficient in working with AutoCAD, Version 2010 or higher * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Requires excellent time management skills to meet deadlines * Must be a detailed oriented individual with excellent organizational skills * **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**
Pay: $40,000\.00\-$43,000\.00 per year
