About us

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of porcelain paving, natural stone, sandstone, limestone, wall cladding and outdoor and indoor living products. We sell to homeowners, landscapers, garden designers and trade customers across the UK, through our own website and through major marketplaces.

It is a visual business. People do not buy a slab, they buy the garden it becomes. Every photograph, video, email and post we publish either helps someone picture that or wastes their time.

Our Hyderabad office works directly with UK leadership across marketing, ecommerce and operations.

The role

You will own how the brand looks, sounds and shows up everywhere a customer meets us: social media, email, affiliate, influencer and brand partnerships, all brand and product visual assets, and product content across our website and marketplaces.

This is a hands-on creative role. You will make the work yourself: photography, product and social imagery, graphics, product presentation and display across every channel, and the copy that goes with it. Video and motion content is produced in house by our full time AI motion graphics specialist, who you will work closely with.

You will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing & Strategy and work daily with UK leadership.

What you will own1. Social media

  • Own every social channel end to end: strategy, calendar, creative, publishing and community.
  • Produce the imagery yourself: product and lifestyle stills, carousels, stories, graphics and before and after transformations. Brief and direct our motion graphics specialist on the video and reels each channel needs, then publish and optimise them.
  • Build a content engine around customer projects, installations, product launches, seasonal moments and the UK landscaping year.
  • Manage the community. Answer comments, questions and direct messages quickly, and route genuine sales enquiries to the right person. In our category a single message can be a five figure order.
  • Grow followers, engagement and, most importantly, traffic and enquiries that turn into revenue.

2. Email marketing and lifecycle

  • Own email as a revenue channel.
  • Build and run automated flows: welcome, sample request follow up, abandoned basket, abandoned browse, post purchase, review request, re engagement and win back.
  • Own the sample request journey. Customers order samples and decide weeks later, so nurturing that decision properly is one of the most valuable things in this business.
  • Segment the list properly. Homeowners, trade customers and designers need different messages.
  • Own list growth, deliverability, testing, and reporting on revenue per email.

3. Affiliate marketing

  • Manage and grow the affiliate programme: recruitment, onboarding, commission structure, creative assets and ongoing partner performance.
  • Find and sign new affiliates across home, garden, interiors, renovation and trade niches.
  • Report on affiliate contribution to revenue and grow it quarter on quarter.

4. Influencer and partnerships

  • Identify, approach and build relationships with influencers, creators, garden designers, landscapers, builders and home renovation accounts in the UK.
  • Run partnerships end to end: outreach, negotiation, brief, product, content delivery, publication and measurement.
  • Build a repeatable partnerships pipeline rather than one off collaborations.
  • Develop brand partnerships and collaborations that put the brand in front of the right audiences.

5. Brand and visual assets

  • Be the guardian of how the brand looks and sounds across every channel.
  • Own the full visual asset library: product imagery, lifestyle and installation photography, graphics, templates and video produced in house, with proper naming, versioning and organisation.
  • Coordinate and direct product and lifestyle shoots. Source, collect and curate real customer installation photography, which is the most valuable content we have.
  • Maintain brand consistency across website, marketplaces, social, email and all partner and affiliate material.

6. Website and marketplace content

  • Own product listing content on the website: imagery, copy, specifications, categorisation and merchandising.
  • Optimise listings for clarity and conversion so every product page gives a customer enough to buy confidently.
  • Build campaign and seasonal landing pages and collections.
  • Own imagery, A+ and enhanced brand content and listing copy across marketplaces including Amazon, B&Q and Wayfair, keeping the brand consistent everywhere it appears. Commercial ownership of marketplaces sits with a separate Marketplaces Lead. You own how the brand looks and reads there.

7. Reviews and reputation

  • Own review generation across Trustpilot and Google, including post purchase review flows.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and social mentions.
  • Turn customer feedback and finished projects into content.

8. Reporting and growth

  • Report monthly on what each channel contributed: revenue from email, affiliate revenue, partnership reach and return, social growth and traffic, and listing performance.
  • Track competitors and the category, and bring ideas.

9. Wider contribution

Take on new areas, projects and channels as the business expands. We look for people who want more scope over time and grow into it.

Who you will work with

  • Head of Growth Marketing & Strategy, your direct line manager, based in the UK. You will work with him daily and have direct access to senior leadership.
  • Our AI motion graphics specialist in the Hyderabad office. He produces all of our video and motion content and is genuinely excellent at it. You will brief and direct him on what each channel and campaign needs, while you own photography, imagery, design and product presentation. Together you are expected to produce work at a volume and quality that would normally need a whole studio.
  • The wider marketing, ecommerce, paid media, SEO, PR, product and sales teams across the UK and India.

What we are looking for

Essential

  • 3 to 5 years in social media, brand, content or partnerships marketing, ideally for a consumer, ecommerce, D2C, retail, home, interiors, lifestyle or design led brand.
  • A genuinely creative person who produces the work personally: photography and image editing, designing graphics and layouts, and writing copy that sounds like a human being.
  • Hands on experience running social channels that you grew yourself, with numbers you can talk about.
  • Real email marketing experience building flows and segments, not only sending campaigns.
  • Experience with influencer or affiliate partnerships, including outreach and negotiation.
  • Strong written English. You will be writing for a UK audience.
  • Strong with photography, image editing and design tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Figma or Canva.
  • Daily working use of AI tools across ideation, copy, image generation and editing, and workflow.
  • Highly organised, with many moving parts held reliably.
  • Able to work onsite in Hyderabad in the UK work hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with home, garden, interiors, construction, renovation or design products.
  • Marketplace content experience, particularly Amazon A+ content.
  • An understanding of how paid media and SEO use creative, so your assets work for those channels too.
  • Photography, design or art direction training, or a personal creative practice.

Scope note

This is a brand and creative role. Paid media, SEO and campaign management sit with separate specialists in the team and are not part of this position.

How we work

We expect AI to be part of how you work every day. Our output expectations assume you are using the best tools available. If something is taking a week that AI could help you do in a day, we want you to find that out and tell us.

We care about work that ships and results that move.

What success looks like

First 3 months Full command of the brand, products and customers. Social calendar running consistently with content you have made. Email flows audited and the first automated journeys live. Asset library organised and under control.

First 6 months Measurable growth in social engagement and traffic. Email producing a meaningful and rising share of revenue. Affiliate programme actively managed and growing. First influencer and designer partnerships live and delivering.

First 12 months The brand visibly consistent and recognisable everywhere a customer meets us. Email, affiliate and partnerships each contributing real, reportable revenue. A content engine that runs reliably. You trusted with more scope than you started with.

Why join us

  • Work for one of the UK's leading suppliers of stone, porcelain and outdoor and indoor living products, on a genuinely beautiful product range.
  • Work daily with UK leadership. Your work is seen by decision makers.
  • Full ownership of whole channels rather than a slice of someone else's plan.
  • Work with a dedicated AI motion graphics specialist producing your video, plus a full modern AI toolkit.
  • Serious learning and career growth as the business and its channels expand.

How to apply

This is a creative role, so we need to see the work alongside your CV.

Please send:

  • Your CV.
  • Links to social media accounts you personally ran, telling us which of the imagery and content you created yourself.
  • Three to five pieces of your own creative work: photography, graphics, product imagery, layouts or campaign work.
  • One email flow or campaign you built, with a screenshot and whatever performance numbers you can share.
  • A short note, no more than 200 words, on one thing you would change across our website or social channels in your first month, and why.

Applications are reviewed once all five are received.
