Reporting- Manager- Retention Marketing (CRM)
Responsibilities
Collaboration
- Partner with the Growth/Marketing team to implement retention strategies across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and cross-sell/upsell initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, growth, analytics, risk, product, tech, telesales) to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to analyze user personas and identify opportunities to enhance user journeys.
Execution
- Implement and execute retention marketing journeys in alignment with the department's strategies.
- Launch campaigns across multiple channels, including push notifications, web push, email, SMS, RCS, IVR, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while continuously optimizing for performance and engagement.
Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using metrics like domain reputation, channel delivery rates, CTRs, and cost optimization.
- Identify improvement areas in campaigns and implement necessary changes.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Training & Development
- Stay updated on the latest marketing automation tools and trends to improve campaign execution.
- Share knowledge and learnings with the team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Competencies
- Should have 2-3 years of experience (B2C industry) in retention marketing(CLM/CRM).
- Experience in executing campaigns across channels like InApp notifications, push notifications, web push, email, SMS, RCS, IVR, Bot, and WhatsApp.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or similar platforms for implementing retention strategies.
- Good understanding of metrics like domain reputation, channel delivery rates, CTRs, CVRs, and cost optimization through content.
- Hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
