Job Description
– Lead daily execution of email, app push notification, and SMS campaigns, including audience selection, timeline management, resource coordination, risk assessment, and delivery tracking.
– Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Store, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to define target audiences and estimate engagement/conversion potential.
– Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests; monitor KPIs and provide insights to optimize marketing channel effectiveness.
– Act as a data-driven business partner, providing audience insights and recommendations to support business strategy.
– Analyze data and communicate key findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
– Support APLA marketplace stakeholders across Marketing, Marketing Science, Operations, and global/territory teams.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Psychology, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
– 1.5-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
– Strong proficiency in SQL.
– Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
– Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
