Senior AI-Native Software Developer / Claude Solutions Specialist

About the Role
SmileLoft is building a bespoke CRM using Anthropic's Claude ecosystem. We're looking for a dedicated, full-time technical resource who lives and breathes AI-assisted development — someone who can partner directly with leadership to design, build, and ship the CRM end-to-end using Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and related tooling. This is a hands-on builder role, not a general IT support position.
## What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle development of a bespoke CRM for SmileLoft, from architecture to deployment
- Use Claude Code as the primary agentic development environment to write, refactor, test, and ship production code
- Use Claude Cowork and other Claude apps (Claude in Chrome, Claude in Excel, etc.) to automate internal workflows and non-dev tasks connected to the CRM build
- Design data models, integrations (e.g., email, calendar, telephony, patient/customer records depending on SmileLoft's business), and dashboards
- Set up and manage connectors/MCP integrations relevant to the CRM (databases, third-party APIs, internal tools)
- Translate business requirements from leadership into technical specs and working features quickly
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and a sane deployment/CI process
- Proactively recommend where AI tooling (Claude or otherwise) can speed up delivery
- Act as an informal AI/Claude advisor to the wider team — helping non-technical staff use Claude effectively
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional software development experience (full-stack preferred)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Claude Code (or willingness to prove rapid proficiency — ask for a portfolio/demo)
- Strong working knowledge of the broader Claude product ecosystem: Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and ideally Claude in Chrome/Excel/PowerPoint
- Solid grasp of building with LLM APIs (prompt design, tool/function calling, agentic workflows)
- Experience building CRM-style systems: data modeling, auth, role-based access, dashboards, pipelines/workflows
- Comfortable with modern web stack (e.g., React/Next.js, Node or Python backend, SQL/NoSQL databases)
- Git/GitHub workflow fluency
- Strong communication skills — this person works directly and daily with founders/leadership, not through a large team
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in healthcare/dental/aesthetics CRM or patient-management systems (relevant if SmileLoft is in that space)
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integrations
- Experience with API-based automation (Zapier/Make, or custom scripts)
- UX/UI sensibility for building clean internal tools
- Startup or small-team experience — comfortable owning ambiguity

- A working, secure, well-documented CRM tailored to SmileLoft's operations
- Fast iteration cycles using Claude Code/Cowork as force multipliers
- Minimal need for external agencies or additional hires to maintain and extend the system
