We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **HR Intern** to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for **recent Graduates or Postgraduates** who are eager to gain hands\-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. * Support onboarding and employee documentation processes. * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. * Assist in employee engagement activities and events. * Prepare HR reports and trackers as required. * Support payroll, attendance, and leave management activities. * Handle general HR administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
* **Graduates or Postgraduates only** (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, MSW, MHRM, or related fields). * Freshers are welcome to apply. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. * Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities. * Positive attitude and team\-player mindset. * Strong attention to detail.
