Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is curious, user-obsessed, and excited to work on real-world problems at scale. Someone who doesn’t just design screens but thinks deeply about why something should exist and how it can be better. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to learn fast, think end-to-end, and build meaningful products, not just polish pixels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and contribute to the end-to-end design process — from problem understanding and user research to wireframes, visual design, and final UI.
- Translate complex product and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Be deeply user-obsessed — advocate for users in every discussion and design decision.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Work on both UX and UI, ensuring usability, clarity, and visual consistency.
- Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to and evolve Snapmint’s design system and visual language.
- Experiment, learn, and push for fresh ideas while balancing feasibility and impact.
- Continuously seek feedback and improve designs based on data and user insights.
Qualifications

3–6 years of experience as a Product / UX / UI Designer.

Strong understanding of the design thinking process and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to think holistically — beyond screens — about journeys, edge cases, and user intent.

A genuine passion for learning, improving, and building things from scratch.

Strong fundamentals in:

UX (user flows, IA, usability)

UI (visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, colors)

Basic graphic design (icons, illustrations, visual assets)

Proficiency with tools like Figma (or similar）

Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
