Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Post-Sales with 2+ years of experience to manage post-sales requirements, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication and client-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales client relationships and understand ongoing business requirements.
Gather, analyze and document client requirements.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Track project requirements, deliverables and timelines.
Act as a bridge between clients, business teams and technical teams.
Identify gaps, issues and improvement opportunities in delivered solutions.
Prepare business requirements, process documentation and status reports.
Monitor and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
Support client satisfaction, retention and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Post-Sales.
Strong requirement gathering and analytical skills.
Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of business processes and documentation.
Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients, requirements and priorities.
