Responsibilities:

Own and govern the global Oracle Fusion and EBS solution architecture across Financials, Procurement, Order Management, HCM, and EPM.

Lead architecture design workshops, establishing cross-functional functional and technical standards.

Establish enterprise integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ETL data pipelines.

Oversee integration designs connecting Oracle Fusion with core banking, payroll, external procurement systems, and third-party SaaS platforms.

Define global accounting rules, Subledger Accounting (SLA) configurations, costing models, and automated financial posting logic.

Architect end-to-end data migration strategies covering chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, open purchase orders, fixed assets, and historical records.

Review, challenge, and approve solution design documents, test strategies, cutover plans, and configuration workbooks.

Ensure solutions comply with global accounting standards, statutory localization rules, audit controls, and enterprise security frameworks.

Provide technical and functional leadership to delivery squads through SIT, UAT, performance benchmarking, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Advise senior business and IT leadership on continuous process optimization, ERP roadmap evolution, and cloud modernization initiatives.
Skills:

10–15+ years of demonstrable experience in Oracle ERP architecture roles across large enterprise landscapes.

Deep hands-on and architectural proficiency across Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA).

Proven track record designing and delivering complex, large-scale cloud migration and hybrid ERP integration architectures.

Hands-on knowledge of Oracle integration technologies (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP web services) and data loading/extraction protocols.

Strong functional command of end-to-end financial processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, guide senior stakeholders, and present architectural trade-offs clearly.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional presentation and stakeholder negotiation abilities.

Flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes as required by project milestones.

Professional finance or accounting certifications (MBA, CA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA).

Official Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect).
