Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns
Food Preparation
- Prepare menu items according to company standards
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Operations Support
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and workstations
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members during shifts
Compliance & Safety
- Follow health and safety standards at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in GCC in F&B or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
