**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for heavy structural fabrication projects. The role involves marketing the company's fabrication capabilities, securing orders, and expanding the customer base across industrial sectors.
**Major Responsibilities**
· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Identify and generate leads for heavy structural fabrication, piping, storage tanks, and process equipment projects.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and project owners.
· Track tenders, RFQs, and upcoming project opportunities.
· Prepare and submit techno\-commercial proposals in coordination with the Estimation team.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
· Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order finalization.
· Achieve sales targets and order booking goals.
· Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Project teams for successful project execution.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
· Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.
· Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.
· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
· MBA (Marketing) preferred.
**Experience**
8–15 years of experience in sales and business development within Heavy Structural Fabrication, Steel Structures, Process Equipment, Piping, EPC, or Industrial Projects.
· Strong network within Industrial, Infrastructure, Oil \& Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Marine sectors. Oil \& Gas, Infrastructure, Power, and Industrial projects
