Resilience Mobile Health and Chronic Illness Support Inc. is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Lead to assist with the pre-launch and initial launch media rollout. This is a new private mobile health and wellness clinic that aims to provide a high standard of customized care to patients in their homes, offices or hotels. We will be launching in early 2027, providing care to Calgary and Rocky View County.
The Social Media and Marketing Lead plans and delivers digital campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, engage audiences, and supports business goals. This hands-on role combines social media management, content creation, and performance analysis across relevant digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
This is a one month, fixed-term contract position, with the potential for extension or additional future contracts. We are looking for a content creator for both digital and print marketing materials, with the schedule and type of deliverables being discussed during an initial strategy meeting. We will be utilizing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and electronic newsletters.
- Develop and coordinate social media and digital marketing campaigns, aligning content with marketing goals and audience needs.
- Create and refine visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite and more; apply graphic design and proofreading skills to maintain clear, consistent content.
- Film video content with our team to create customized deliverables with the focus on healthcare and medical resources.
Job Requirements
- Successful completion of a social media, marketing, digital communications, integrated media, and/or graphic design program
- Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience with content creation and digital marketing strategies
- Advanced knowledge and utilization of media platforms
- Experience with content creation within the healthcare space is considered an asset
