About Victrix Wellness
Victrix Wellness is building a premium, high-touch wellness brand centered on education, trust, responsiveness, and exceptional customer care. We work alongside founders, athletes, creators, influencers, and other public figures to develop compelling content and meaningful brand partnerships.
We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, positive energy, sound judgment, and the ability to turn ideas into polished content quickly.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on Social Media & Content Design Manager who can own the day-to-day execution of our organic social presence.
This is not a strategy-only position. The right person will create graphics, edit short-form videos, write captions, manage the content calendar, publish posts, monitor engagement, and provide clear weekly performance reporting.
You should understand how to create a premium and visually consistent brand while still producing content that feels authentic, current, and native to each platform. Experience working with celebrities, athletes, creators, founders, or talent representatives is strongly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the organic social media calendar.
- Create approximately 8–12 short-form videos each month.
- Design approximately 4–8 carousels or static posts each month.
- Develop Stories, captions, calls to action, and supporting content.
- Edit founder, customer, affiliate, and public-figure content into engaging social assets.
- Schedule and publish approved content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other assigned channels.
- Maintain a consistent premium visual identity across all content.
- Coordinate content, approvals, deadlines, and revisions with company leadership and talent partners.
- Handle confidential, embargoed, or approval-sensitive material professionally.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, engagement, and potential leads, escalating important conversations promptly.
- Identify relevant trends and propose timely content opportunities.
- Maintain an organized library of approved assets, templates, captions, and source materials.
- Provide a concise weekly report covering reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, qualified leads, top-performing content, and recommended adjustments.
- Use approved sources for wellness-related content and pause or escalate any claim that is uncertain, unsupported, or potentially misleading.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media, or 5 years of proven past performance in the role.
- Three to five years of hands-on social media, content-production, and graphic-design experience.
- A strong portfolio containing work you personally created.
- Demonstrated experience managing brand social media accounts—not simply contributing to a larger team.
- Strong graphic-design and short-form video-editing capabilities.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video best practices.
- Experience collaborating with celebrities, athletes, influencers, founders, public figures, or their representatives.
- An active public professional or creator social presence that demonstrates genuine platform fluency. Private personal accounts do not need to be disclosed.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, responsiveness, and communication.
- The ability to accept feedback, make revisions quickly, and remain composed under tight deadlines.
- Reliable availability during agreed Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Experience
- Premium wellness, fitness, longevity, lifestyle, beauty, or e-commerce brands.
- Founder-led or personality-driven brands.
- Talent partnerships, affiliate programs, or influencer campaigns.
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM and scheduling systems.
- Basic photography, on-camera direction, and remote content capture.
- Experience creating content in a regulated or claims-sensitive industry.
- Peptide-industry familiarity is helpful but not required.
- Located in the US or willing to travel for periods of time
What This Role Does Not Initially Include
The initial scope does not include paid-media buying, advertising-budget management, website development, professional photography, extensive on-location filming, or negotiating influencer contracts. Those responsibilities may be added later only by mutual agreement.
What Success Looks Like
During the first 60 days, the successful candidate will:
- Establish a reliable and organized publishing cadence.
- Deliver consistently polished, on-brand content on schedule.
- Improve the quality and consistency of the Victrix social presence.
- Reduce the time required to move content from concept to publication.
- Communicate proactively and respond quickly to leadership and talent partners.
- Produce reporting that connects content activity to audience growth, traffic, leads, and business priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment around brand reputation, confidentiality, and wellness-related claims.
- Which social media accounts have you personally managed? For each, explain exactly what you owned and provide the baseline, timeframe, measurable results, and any available analytics.
- Please share a short-form video, graphic or carousel, and caption that you personally created. Which tools did you use, and which portions were entirely your work?
- Describe your direct experience working with a celebrity, athlete, influencer, public figure, or representative. Who did you communicate with, what decisions did you own, and how did you manage approvals or confidentiality?
- If a founder or talent partner asked you to publish a wellness claim that was not supported by an approved source, how would you handle the request?
- What is your typical response time during business hours, and how do you organize competing deadlines, approvals, and last-minute revisions?

The paid finalist assignment will evaluate short-form editing, graphic design, copywriting, content planning, responsiveness, and judgment. Victrix Wellness will not request unpaid custom work.
