We are seeking a creative and commercially focused Social Media Manager to grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (Red Notes ), engaging both UK and Chinese-speaking business audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the social media strategy and content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu.
- Create clear, engaging English and Chinese content, including copy, graphics and short-form videos.
- Manage publishing, audience engagement and day-to-day enquiries across all three platforms.
- Plan and optimise organic and paid campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor performance and trends, report results and coordinate content with technical and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong written and spoken skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage.
- Practical experience using Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu for business purposes.
- Ability to create visual and video content and use social media analytics tools.
- Strong organisation, communication and commercial awareness; AI, technology or B2B experience is desirable.

Pay: £33,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
