Celeste Beauty Academy, Inc. | Charlotte-Mecklenburg, NC

6-Month Planning-Year Contract | Pre-Opening Charter School

Contract Value: $12,000 | $2,000 per Month

Celeste Beauty Academy (CBA) is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead CBA’s digital marketing, social media, content creation, and recruitment-marketing efforts during its charter-school planning year.

CBA is preparing to open a public charter high school in August 2027 serving students through a model integrating rigorous academics, cosmetology, entrepreneurship, career readiness, and leadership development.

This role is not limited to posting content. The selected contractor will be responsible for using CBA’s digital platforms to increase community awareness, generate prospective-student and family leads, promote recruitment activities, strengthen CBA’s public presence, and support enrollment conversion.

The contractor will work closely with the Executive Director, Enrollment & Recruitment Coordinator, Principal, Board/community-outreach representatives, and other CBA vendors.

Contract Structure

Contract Term: 6 months

Total Contract Value: $12,000

Monthly Contract Payment: $2,000

Monthly payments will be contingent upon completion of agreed-upon deliverables, submission of required invoices/documentation, and compliance with CBA's contracting and payment procedures.

This is an independent contractor/vendor engagement and not an employee position. The contractor is responsible for their own business operations, taxes, insurance, equipment, scheduling, and other obligations associated with operating an independent business.

Continued or additional work beyond the initial six-month term is not guaranteed and will depend upon CBA's organizational needs, performance, available funding, procurement requirements, and applicable approvals.

Active LLC/business information.

Employer Identification Number (EIN), as applicable.

  • Completed IRS Form W-9. Signed CBA independent contractor/vendor agreement.
