**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Services Consultant to join our team on a part\-time basis. The Client Services Consultant will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of client interaction, from initial enquiries to ongoing support. This position involves facilitating the onboarding process, communicating with families and therapists, organising and booking activities, assisting with lesson plans for therapy, making appropriate recommendations to clients, communicating to plan managers, NDIS coordinators and other third party companies, handling general administrative tasks, and creating service agreements.
The ideal candidate **MUST** have experience in customer service and client relations and a strong understanding of support services for neurodiverse individuals.
This role is perfect for someone who is **studying** **psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, counselling** or other related industriesas there is also opportunity to advance into a therapy assistant role alongside administrative tasks. Alternatively, the role is also perfect for someone who is passionate about the disability industry and has experience in the field to some capacity as this is **NOT** a general admin/reception role.

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage all client enquiries via email, phone, and in\-person interactions. * Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including completing necessary paperwork and documentation. * Liaise with therapists and families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services. * Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing client files. * Create and maintain service agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and their families throughout their journey with Social Minds Therapy. * Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. * Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to neurodiverse support services and the NDIS. * Use social media including instagram and facebook to share information about our services.
**Qualifications:**
* A **minimum of 1\-2 years** of experience in customer service or client relations is a **MUST.** * Experience working in the NDIS industry is **highly desirable.** * Have a strong understanding of support services for neurodiverse individuals is a **MUST.** * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are a **MUST.** * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Compassionate and empathetic approach when working with clients and their families. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. * Prior experience in management roles is ideal but not required. * Experience and knowledge with social media and canva is highly desirable.
**Work Schedule:** 2\-3 days per week. Mandatory Days: **Tuesdays \& Wednesdays** (Potentially Mondays for a third day for the right candidate).
Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
