As Sales Lead USA, you will build the market from the ground up. You will develop distributor partnerships, open new territories, create a strong commercial pipeline and turn opportunities into active customer locations and recurring revenue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to move from strategy to execution. You will shape the go-to-market approach, work closely with partners and customers, and use market feedback to accelerate growth.
You are not stepping into a finished commercial structure. You are helping build it.
You may be a strong match when you:
- Have proven experience in complex B2B sales, preferably within foodservice, beverages, hospitality or commercial equipment
- Know how to build and develop distributor, agent or channel-partner networks
- Enjoy opening new territories, generating opportunities and turning partnerships into revenue
- Can translate an innovative product into a clear and convincing commercial story
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors and decision-makers
- Are comfortable owning the full sales process, from prospecting and demonstrations to negotiation and closing
- Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, action-oriented approach
- Thrive in a scale-up environment where structures, processes and routines are still being built
- Are based in the US and comfortable travelling frequently
