About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Website Developer & Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing responsive and user-friendly websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, modern, and user-friendly websites.
- Develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Create and customize websites using WordPress.
- Convert UI designs/wireframes into functional web pages.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and usability.
- Maintain and update existing websites as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related technical issues.
- Work closely with the design, development, and marketing teams.
- Integrate forms, APIs, plugins, and third-party tools when required.
- Perform website testing and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Follow web development best practices and maintain clean, reusable code.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Website Development & Design.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Good experience with WordPress, themes, plugins, and customization.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
- Experience with UI/UX principles and web layouts.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap, jQuery, or similar frameworks will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Git/version control is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or practical project experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
