SOFTWARE DEVELOPER INTERN

About the role

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, develop, iterate and maintain software applications on internal application — you’ll own meaningful parts of the product * Work closely with departments like Operations, Finance, and HR to understand their requirements and translate them into working software * Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning sessions, coding, stand\-ups, and reviews * Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed * Participate in code reviews and technical discussions * Get hands\-on exposure to how an enterprise IT department operates — infrastructure, security, support, and more

**Required Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field * Solid programming fundamentals — experience building applications in any language is welcome * Strong communication skills — you’ll be gathering requirements from non\-technical stakeholders and need to bridge that gap effectively

**Desired Attributes**

* Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing your own time across multiple priorities * Experience fine\-tuning or working with large language models (LLMs) * Understanding of context engineering for AI\-driven applications * Experience with web/mobile app development, databases \& SQL * Exposure to enterprise IT environments * Familiar with Github
