Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director of Support Systems & Tools Integration, this role supports modern customer support applications and enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities
Support development of modern customer support applications and enterprise integrations.
Increase engineering capability in Node.js and React.js while advancing platform modernisation.
Accelerate delivery of customer-facing capabilities through reusable APIs and scalable applications.
Reduce dependency on platform-specific customisations by building integration-first services.
Improve engineering productivity through modern development practices and AI-assisted tooling.
Requirements
Strong experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong experience building applications using React.js.
Experience developing REST APIs and integration services.
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
