Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and enhance applications that align with our IT architecture and standards. This role involves building efficient, scalable systems using React, Golang (Go), and SQL/NoSQL databases, while ensuring smooth operations through effective troubleshooting and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and adopt modern technologies such as microservices, cloud platforms, and container technologies.
Job Description
- Design and develop scalable web applications using React and Golang (Go).
- Perform technical analysis and application design aligned with IT architecture standards and IT Blueprint.
- Develop front-end and back-end solutions using appropriate technologies and best practices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Support technology-related requirements for application development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage application development following SDLC methodology and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application issues to ensure smooth and efficient banking operations.
- Prepare application systems for business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Identify areas for system improvements and implement enhancements.
- Write, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Develop and execute quality assurance procedures.
- Deploy and maintain software tools, processes, and development metrics.
- Maintain, support, and upgrade existing applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and system analysts.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Golang (Go).
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Good understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
- Understanding of infrastructure fundamentals such as TCP/IP, network security, load balancing, and reverse proxy.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is an advantage.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is an advantage.
- Experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment automation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
