About the Role
Sonsolite Retail is looking for a skilled and motivated **Solar Engineer** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in designing, installing, and commissioning Solar PV systems, along with strong technical knowledge of the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimize rooftop and commercial Solar PV systems using **PVsyst**. * Conduct site surveys and prepare technical feasibility reports. * Perform system sizing, energy yield analysis, and project planning. * Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), BOQs, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with installation teams to ensure quality execution. * Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues during project execution. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and MNRE guidelines. * Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
Eligibility
* B.Tech in **Electrical Engineering** or **Electronics Engineering**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in the Solar PV industry. * Experience in rooftop and commercial solar projects.
Mandatory Skills
* **PVsyst** software proficiency. * Solar PV system design and engineering. * Site survey and load analysis. * Electrical drawings and SLD preparation. * Knowledge of inverters, batteries, net metering, and electrical systems. * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Salary
* **₹25,000 per month** * Higher salary may be offered based on experience and technical expertise.
