About the Role
Sonsolite Retail is looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, installing, and commissioning Solar PV systems, along with strong technical knowledge of the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize rooftop and commercial Solar PV systems using PVsyst.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical feasibility reports.
- Perform system sizing, energy yield analysis, and project planning.
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure quality execution.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and MNRE guidelines.
- Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
Eligibility
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Solar PV industry.
- Experience in rooftop and commercial solar projects.
Mandatory Skills
- PVsyst software proficiency.
- Solar PV system design and engineering.
- Site survey and load analysis.
- Electrical drawings and SLD preparation.
- Knowledge of inverters, batteries, net metering, and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Salary
- ₹25,000 per month
- Higher salary may be offered based on experience and technical expertise.
