Comorin Solar is a fast\-growing solar energy company in Kerala specializing in **On\-Grid and Hybrid Solar Power System installations**. We are hiring for Business Development Engineer. **Mandatory Solar Experience in Kerala**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Generate new business opportunities and focus on Growth * Handle enquiries, follow\-ups, customer meetings, site visits, and project closures * Prepare proposals, quotations, ROI analyses, and commercial offers * Build relationships with customers, channel partners, consultants, and referral networks * Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth execution * Support subsidy, net metering, and project documentation processes * Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and achieve monthly sales targets
**Requirements**
* **Experience in the Kerala solar industry is mandatory** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and government subsidies * Proficiency in MS Office and quotation preparation * Valid driving license and willingness to travel across South Kerala
