Solaris is headquartered in Berlin and employs 300 people in Europe.</p> <h4>Your Role</h4> <ul> <li data-uuid="c3bd6ff2-c9c9-4f6c-88e8-f0eabc934b82"><span class="inline-comment-marker" data-ref="a5c141a6-6131-4dd6-92c4-d84cce5558cc">Perform quality checks as part of the Quality Assurance for Customer Support (including Complaints Management) and Operations.</span></li> <li data-uuid="c3bd6ff2-c9c9-4f6c-88e8-f0eabc934b82"><span class="inline-comment-marker" data-ref="a5c141a6-6131-4dd6-92c4-d84cce5558cc">Support in delivering an efficient training material, training plan and training experience for external and internal new hires within Solaris Operations.</span></li> <li data-uuid="c3bd6ff2-c9c9-4f6c-88e8-f0eabc934b82"><span class="inline-comment-marker" data-ref="a5c141a6-6131-4dd6-92c4-d84cce5558cc">Support in the maintenance of training content.</span></li> <li data-uuid="c3bd6ff2-c9c9-4f6c-88e8-f0eabc934b82"><span class="inline-comment-marker" data-ref="a5c141a6-6131-4dd6-92c4-d84cce5558cc">Perform the Quality checks and analyze the results of Quality Assurance for new hires for a special project.</span></li> <li data-uuid="c3bd6ff2-c9c9-4f6c-88e8-f0eabc934b82"><span class="inline-comment-marker" data-ref="a5c141a6-6131-4dd6-92c4-d84cce5558cc">Suggest improvement plan and remediation actions when required, including delivering of any additional training whenever required.</span></li> <li data-uuid="c3bd6ff2-c9c9-4f6c-88e8-f0eabc934b82"><span class="inline-comment-marker" data-ref="a5c141a6-6131-4dd6-92c4-d84cce5558cc">Support in the improvement of Customer Support (including Complaints Management) and Ops processes.</span></li> <li data-uuid="c3bd6ff2-c9c9-4f6c-88e8-f0eabc934b82"><span class="inline-comment-marker" data-ref="a5c141a6-6131-4dd6-92c4-d84cce5558cc">Support in the improvement of the workflow of the T&amp;Q tools</span></li> </ul> <h4>We'd love to see&nbsp;</h4> <p>Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range.
