**About the Role:**
We're looking for a skilled Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems and robust APIs. This position emphasizes server\-side development, system architecture, and data handling, with less focus on front\-end work.
**Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs * Build scalable, high\-performance systems that power our applications * Create and manage RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs * Collaborate with front\-end developers to integrate user\-facing elements with server\-side logic * Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability * Write clean, maintainable, well\-documented code * Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and system bottlenecks * Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions
**Requirements**
* Strong experience with backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C\#, or similar) * Solid understanding of API design principles and best practices * Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) * Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus * Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning * Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
