Solution Consultant
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Conduct ERP system demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, project scopes, and functional documentation.
- Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and analyze operational workflows.
- Coordinate with ERP consultants and developers regarding customization and implementation feasibility.
- Support pre-sales activities including presentations, workshops, product explanations, and client follow-ups.
- Prepare RFI/RFP responses and basic technical or functional documentation.
- Operational Value Assessment (OVA) Support: Assisting the sales and engineering teams in executing 30-day discovery workflows, auditing prospect workflows, and mapping legacy inefficiencies to Cuscen's cloud framework
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ERP, software solutions, IT consulting, or pre-sales related roles.
- Understanding of business processes such as accounting, inventory, procurement, HR, or sales operations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Burmese and English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or other ERP platforms is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Experience in ERP implementation or software consulting projects.
- Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, or reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience working with SME or enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions when necessary.
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 per week
