Role Summary As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Enrichment and AI Insights team within our XDR platform. Your team's mission is to enrich security data with threat intelligence and contextual insights, helping customers and analysts understand complex threats through natural language interfaces and AI-powered explainers. Following the acquisition of Secureworks in early 2025, Sophos is expanding its security operations platform with identity threat detection, next-gen SIEM, and deeper AI-driven capabilities - making this a particularly exciting time to shape the direction of the enrichment and AI work. You will manage a distributed team of engineers across India and North America, responsible for backend and data engineering systems operating at massive scale - processing trillions of events per week across a multi-petabyte data platform. This role requires someone who thrives in a remote-first environment, can build strong relationships across time zones, and brings both technical depth and people leadership to a high-impact security product.
