JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and monitor daily civil engineering and construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other project personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review construction drawings, technical documents and work specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials and site resources to meet project schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality procedures and relevant construction regulations.
- Identify site issues, technical discrepancies and construction challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, inspection records and other required technical documentation.
- Attend site meetings, inspections and coordination sessions as required.
- Perform other duties related to civil engineering and project operations as assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Relevant experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn may be considered.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, technical drawings and site supervision.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-based environment.
- Willingness to be based at project sites and travel when required.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
