What will you work on?
The Spin Master Sales Admin Analyst will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico. The Sales Admin Analyst will seek to make the order process as efficient as possible and will take full ownership and responsibility for solving any customer issue. This position will support sales teams and will work alongside other cross functional teams in the whole order process, database management and sales objective tracking. The sales Admin Analyst will maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help sales managers and representatives monitor the team's progress and will be responsible for sales processing and process improvement for one or more assigned areas, accounts or processes.
How will you create impact?
- Collect, consolidate, and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management.
- Working closely with internal teams to strategically drive company-wide goals and improve operational sales process.
- Increasing sales forecasting accuracy, ensuring transparency and better executive control of sales processes.
- Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by Management.
- Reporting and analysis for the Sales department, including: executive reporting of sales results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization.
- Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders, including verifying price, lead time, and technical specifications.
- Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
- Work effectively and proactively across various departments, negotiating when necessary and building consensus.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Update strategic account managers on delivery details an order status.
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to managers.
- Coordinate internally with to ensure product flows properly from order point to ship point.
What are your skills and experience?
- 3-4 years experience in similar position.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI an asset
