We’re growing fast and investing in our product, our people, and our global growth. About you You're a driven, resilient communicator who thrives in a high-volume, target-driven environment. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers, responsible for identifying needs, building interest, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This role suits someone early in their sales career who is consistent in their activity, comfortable picking up the phone, and motivated by hitting targets. An interest in SaaS, healthcare, or technology is a bonus, but what matters most is your drive to learn and your consistency in the day to day work that builds pipeline. What you'll do Execute outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate new opportunities. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings through outbound efforts. Research target accounts and identify key decision makers within allied health organisations. Deliver clear and concise messaging around the value of our platform. Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimise lead quality and conversion. Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings. Provide feedback on market trends, messaging, and customer needs. What you'll bring 6 to 18 months of experience in a sales, customer facing, or lead generation role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and maintain high levels of activity. Resilience and a positive attitude in a target driven environment. Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Good to haves: Experience in outbound prospecting or high volume calling environments. Interest in SaaS, healthcare, or technology sectors.
