Project Description:
We are looking for Oracle EPM and Hyperion specialists to join international finance transformation initiatives. The role may involve both hands-on configuration and architecture responsibilities depending on seniority.

- Implement and optimize Oracle EPM solutions
- Design corporate planning and budgeting processes Support forecasting, consolidation and reporting activities
- Work with finance leaders and business stakeholders
- Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Design and improve EPM solution architecture
- Support enterprise-scale finance transformation programs
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion and/or Oracle EPM
- Experience in one or more areas:
- Planning & Budgeting
- Financial Consolidation
- Financial Reporting
- Enterprise Performance Management
- Forecasting Corporate
- Performance Management
- Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders
- Ability to convert business requirements into solution designs
- Experience across full project lifecycle
- Fluent English
Nice to Have:
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
- Oracle Cloud EPM
- Hyperion Planning
- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Architect or Team Lead experience Big Four / consulting background
