Project Description:
The project focuses on the implementation, customization and enhancement of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions for international clients.
The Developer will work within cross-functional teams alongside Solution Architects, Business Analysts and other technology professionals, supporting clients throughout solution design, development, integration and deployment. The environment combines Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure technologies, with opportunities to contribute to complex international transformation initiatives.

- Design, develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows and business logic.
- Design and implement integrations using Dataverse, REST APIs and Azure integration services.
- Support Dynamics 365 implementation, migration and enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and business stakeholders on solution design.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize solution performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and release activities.
- Apply ALM, CI/CD and software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to scalable and maintainable technical solutions for international enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including at least 3 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customisation and/or Power Platform development.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Apps.
- Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, business logic and system integrations.
- Practical experience with C#, .NET and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs and common integration patterns.
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and software development best practices.
- Experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Service.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Pages and advanced Dataverse capabilities.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps or Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder or AI-powered business applications.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Power Platform ALM.
- Microsoft certifications, particularly PL-400 or PL-600.
- Consulting or enterprise transformation project experience.
- German or French at C1 level.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows.
