Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Business Development and Project Execution activities for Kerala and South India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the environmental infrastructure, construction, real estate, hospitality, industrial, and institutional sectors, with demonstrated experience in the successful execution and coordination of STP, ETP, WTP, and related environmental projects.
This is a leadership-track opportunity with significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Coordination
▸ Lead and coordinate the execution of STP, ETP, WTP, pumping stations, and environmental infrastructure projects
▸ Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities
▸ Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and commissioning activities
▸ Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and client specifications
▸ Support testing, commissioning, handover, and performance validation activities
2. Business Development & Client Relationship Management
▸ Identify and develop new business opportunities across Kerala and South India
▸ Leverage existing professional networks and client relationships to generate project leads
▸ Engage with consultants, architects, builders, industries, hospitals, hotels, institutions, government agencies, and project management consultants
▸ Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and project submissions
▸ Support tender participation, bid preparation, and contract negotiations
▸ Represent the company during client meetings, technical discussions, exhibitions, and industry forums
3. Technical Coordination
▸ Review and understand treatment process designs, PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, and technical specifications
▸ Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation activities
▸ Review BOQs, technical schedules, procurement requirements, and vendor submissions
▸ Support value engineering and optimisation initiatives during project implementation
4. Compliance & Documentation
▸ Liaise with Pollution Control Boards, local authorities, consultants, and statutory agencies as required
▸ Ensure project documentation, progress reporting, and quality records are maintained
▸ Support environmental compliance, commissioning reports, and client documentation requirements
Candidate Profile:
EXPERIENCE
▸ Minimum 5 years of experience in the execution, coordination, or management of Water and Wastewater Treatment Projects
▸ Demonstrated experience working in Kerala or South India
▸ Proven exposure to STP, ETP, WTP, environmental infrastructure, MEP works, or related sectors
▸ Existing professional network and client relationships within the region will be a significant advantage
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
▸ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
▸ Water and wastewater treatment systems
▸ Civil, mechanical, electrical, and MEP project coordination
▸ Engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
▸ BOQ preparation and quantity estimation
▸ Tendering and procurement processes
▸ Project planning, scheduling, and contract administration
▸ Commissioning and performance testing of treatment systems
