Our sales pipeline is growing faster than marketing can support. Right now, one product marketer covers everything a rep needs from first touch to signature, across industries. One person cannot keep up with that.
Responsibilities
- Build the collateral that moves a deal from first touch to signature: industry-specific demo decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, objection handling, ROI and business case material, and the content that goes into proposals.
- Own the sales demo: the core version reps run on calls for each use-case and industry. You build these yourself in Lovable or similar no-code tools.
- Build a product experience on the site so a visitor can experience our Voice AI agents and see the whole stack work before they ever meet a rep.
- Improve the SquadStack website, including new page creation, content updates, user experience improvements, and overall site optimization to ensure a seamless and high-performing digital presence.
- Partner with the product team to execute product feature launches.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years in B2B product marketing or sales enablement.
- Strong ability to craft engaging, high-quality content tailored for decision-makers (CXOs, Heads, VPs, Directors, etc.).
- You build. Send us demos, pages or prototypes you made yourself in Lovable, Framer, Webflow or Figma, plus two or three pieces of enablement collateral reps actually used.
- You are AI-native in how you work, not only in what you write. You have built agents, automations or skills that do part of your job for you.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow / Framer / WordPress.
- You have sat on sales calls. You know what a deal needs at each stage, and you can hold your ground with senior reps who are sure they already know what they want.
- You can carry a technical product in your head. Speech recognition, LLMs and telephony do not have to be your specialism, but you should be able to explain why ours is better.
- You pick your own work. Nobody will hand you a list. What you build comes from what you hear on calls and see in the pipeline.
