**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Project Planning and Coordination:**
* Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for OSP engineering projects. * Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. * Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning. * **Design and Engineering:**
* Supervise the OSP engineering team in creating detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. * Review and approve engineering designs and modifications. * **Resource Management:**
* Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives. * Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and quality standards. * **Quality Control and Assurance:**
* Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of OSP engineering designs and installations. * Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess project progress and quality of work. * **Stakeholder Communication:**
* Maintain clear and open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. * Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. * **Risk Management:**
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays. * Proactively address issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets. * **Documentation and Reporting:**
* Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical documentation. * Generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in OSP engineering and project management, preferably in the telecommunications or utility industry. * Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus. * Strong knowledge of outside plant design principles, fiber optics, and telecommunications infrastructure. * Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and lead cross\-functional teams. * Proficiency in project management software tools. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
