We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join an international Product Delivery team responsible for supporting the development and global rollout of the Genius Point of Sale (POS) platform.
The project involves launching the product in new markets and countries, introducing new features, and enhancing existing solutions.
You will work closely with global Product, Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring effective program delivery and coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.
This role is primarily focused on program management, stakeholder communication, planning, and cross-functional coordination rather than direct management of software development activities.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of programs involving multiple teams and workstreams.

Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.

Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Technical Project Management, Go-to-Market, Operations, and other stakeholder groups.

Monitor program progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.

Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and coordinate appropriate resolution activities.

Facilitate regular program meetings, workshops, and working sessions.

Prepare status reports, dashboards, and program updates for stakeholders and senior management.

Ensure effective communication and information flow across all involved teams.

Document key decisions, actions, and follow-up activities.

Support program governance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management within an IT environment.

Proven experience managing programs involving multiple related projects or workstreams.

Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving both technical and business teams.

Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Ability to independently manage responsibilities and drive activities forward with minimal supervision.

Ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct managerial authority.

Flexibility regarding working hours due to collaboration with US-based teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in POS, Payments, Fintech, Retail, E-commerce, or Hospitality industries.
- Experience delivering software development and product implementation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.
- Basic understanding of payment processes, including payment flows, payment gateways, APIs, and payment certifications.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
