We are a growing jewelry brand specializing in high-quality jewelry and accessories, serving customers across international marketplaces including Amazon.com, Etsy, eBay, and our own e-commerce website. We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to manage and scale our online business across multiple channels.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing international marketplaces and e-commerce websites. The candidate should be capable of independently handling product listings, catalog management, inventory control, order processing, advertising campaigns, customer experience, and sales growth initiatives.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Jewelry, Gemstones, Fashion Accessories, Luxury Products, or Lifestyle Brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon.com, Etsy, and eBay.
- Create, update, and maintain jewelry product catalogs.
- Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Monitor account health and marketplace compliance.
Website Management
- Manage jewelry product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory on the company website.
- Coordinate website updates and promotional campaigns.
- Improve user experience and conversion rates.
Inventory & Order Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
- Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer support.
- Ensure timely stock updates and inventory planning.
Advertising & Sales Growth
- Manage Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and sales events.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, advertising performance, and profitability.
- Prepare management reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills
- 2–10 years of e-commerce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon.com Seller Central.
- Experience managing Etsy and eBay stores.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Product listing optimization and catalog management.
- Inventory and order management.
- Marketplace advertising and PPC campaigns.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
