Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or a related field.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Quality Engineer to manage quality assurance and quality control activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable standards.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, SOPs, and traceability records.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
- Coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaint trends.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CAPA, root-cause analysis, and quality audits.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Experience in FRP, fibreglass, composite materials, electrical insulation, transformer components, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Key Expectations:
A hands-on professional capable of independently managing quality operations, reducing rejection and rework, resolving quality issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
