Job Title: Frontend Developer (ReactJS / NextJS)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and NextJS to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in modern frontend development, state management, API integration, and responsive design, preferably within fintech or regulated environments.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, ReactJS, and NextJS.
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, or Styled Components.
Additional qualifications
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.).
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and secure coding practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement modern NextJS features such as SSR, SSG, ISR, App Router, and API routes.
- Manage application state using tools like Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or Context API.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and WebSockets.
- Ensure high performance, security, SEO optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
