We are seeking a seasoned Data Professional for our MIS operations. This role is about reporting, automating manual workflows, and translating complex datasets. You will be the bridge between raw data and departmental decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting & Architecture:
Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end automated MIS frameworks and executive dashboards.
Audit and monitor various operational dashboards for data completion and report any data gaps, inaccuracies, or anomalies directly to the manager for prompt resolution.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as a strategic partner to Finance and Ops, identifying "blind spots" in current data and proposing analytical solutions.
Technical Skills
Utilize advanced Excel features (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas) and Google Sheets capabilities (e.g., QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ArrayFormula) for complex data manipulation.
High-level experience with any data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to create real-time, interactive stakeholder reports.
Required Education and Experience
Education: M.Com, MBA, or PGDM (Finance/Data Analytics/Business Intelligence).
Experience: 4–5 years of progressive experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or Financial Analytics.
Certifications: Professional certification in Data Analytics is required.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
