CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Facility Operations Manager. This is a full-time, 12-month position. May be on call after hours and other duties as assigned.
Experience as an operations manager preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in Facility Management, Business, Construction, or Engineering preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of the principles of operations and maintnenance:
- Energy conservation
- HVAC
- Remodeling
- Construction
- Estimating/budgeting
- Project management
- Custodial
- Strong leadership and commuication skills
- Proactive management
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Computer literate: word, excel, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
