As a Virtual IOP Counselor, youll provide transformative therapeutic services in a flexible, remote environment while maintaining the same high standards of care as in-person treatment. Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Flexible work environment with daytime hours A supportive and collaborative workplace culture Requirements Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent Experience providing telehealth counseling services preferred Familiarity with virtual platforms and HIPAA-compliant technology Strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Responsibilities Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy sessions for clients in the IOP program Conduct virtual intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans Lead psychoeducational sessions focusing on mental health, addiction recovery, and coping skills Monitor and document client progress using electronic health records (EHR) Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations Attend virtual team meetings and provide input on client care planning Stay updated on telehealth best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches Location: Cedar Park, TX Job Type: Full Time Schedule: 1:00pm-9:00pm MWF and 9:00am-5:00pm TThu Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annually Apply today!
