Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer/Sales Manager with strong field sales experience to drive business growth in the HVAC and building solutions industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets across industrial, commercial, corporate, pharma, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and client acquisition.
- Meet sales targets by identifying and converting new opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including GMs and CXOs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Negotiate, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on invoicing and payment collection with internal teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B field sales experience.
- Experience in HVAC or building solutions is preferred.
- Exposure to industrial, pharma, commercial, or residential customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
