Support Planning Engineer in the development of the annual maintenance budgets in coordination with respective section for all equipment and facilities within Offshore Facilities, annual production, and maintenance plans, Collecting all the historical data/reports in terms of technical and financial perspective by liaising with the execution, team for ready reference in budget process, Communicate and Co-ordinate with the site execution team for tracking the routine/planned activities for the preparation of reports and plan for respective planning engineer review, Effectively manage maintenance records (History, reports, technical references, OEM documents etc, Utilize project management tools to track progress against milestones and KPIs.
