Your Role You will be managing our client portfolio within South Asia region together with the Sales Managers You will be responsible for nurturing client relationship throughout their subscription lifecycle through consistent delivery of outstanding client experience across the journey from onboarding, proactive engagement to resolving inquiry and demonstrate ongoing value of their subscription As a trusted partner, you are expected to develop a deep understanding of the clients’ business goals, continuously identify opportunities to add value to their decision-making process by mapping their data needs to Statista’s solutions You are the voice of our clients. By listening intently to your clients, you will gather client’s feedback to work closely with cross functional teams on collaboration or engagement activities towards client satisfaction and retention You will maintain records of client activity and account status, including regular reporting on client portfolio You are expected to support on ad-hoc marketing activities Your Profile At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role working in Client success, Account management or Client relationship management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Client centric and eager to build strong, meaningful partnership with clients Proven ability to deliver tangible business value, driving product adoption, customer health, retention, and expansion Prior experience working with enterprise clients from diverse industries, syndicated research or SaaS will be an added advantage Genuine passion for helping our clients succeed, proactive in understanding clients’ business and strong intellectual curiosity for market or industry trends and development Detailed oriented and well organized in your workflows - ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently for the client portfolio you’re responsible for A self-motivated and proactive team player who values collaboration and collective success Proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency Highly agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and manage competing priorities What we offer In addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work!
