Study approved IFC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and construction schedule.
Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for all RCC foundation elements.
Perform quantity calculations for excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement steel, shuttering, grouting, and backfilling.
Verify BOQ quantities and prepare reconciliation statements.
Execute site survey, layout, centerline, and benchmark establishment.
Supervise excavation, PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, anchor bolt template fixing, concreting, curing, and backfilling.
Ensure accurate anchor bolt location, level, verticality, and foundation tolerances.
Coordinate with the PEB design, fabrication, and erection teams.
Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor activities.
Prepare daily work plans, DPRs, weekly progress reports, and look\-ahead schedules.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Ensure QA/QC compliance, inspection requests (IR), checklists, and test records.
Conduct reinforcement inspection before concreting.
Verify concrete quality, cube tests, and maintain quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and safe work practices.
Prepare RA bills, subcontractor measurements, and quantity certification.
Identify site constraints and implement corrective actions.
Prepare as\-built drawings and foundation handover documents.
Ensure timely completion of foundations for PEB steel erection.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
