**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to lead cross\-functional teams in the execution of complex engineering assignments across various product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently planning, executing, and directing engineering projects that may span traditional product boundaries.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage cross\-functional engineering projects, ensuring that objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets. * Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. * Identify and resolve complex engineering problems by developing innovative design experiments and applying standard engineering principles. * Adapt and modify engineering approaches to address diverse challenges encountered during project execution. * Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
**Experience**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. * A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on engineering or manufacturing. * Proven ability to lead teams of fewer than 10 individuals, ensuring accountability and timely completion of tasks. * Experience in the medical device sector is preferred, along with familiarity with EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR). * Experience in matrix management is considered an advantage. * Project cost management or financial oversight experience is a plus. * Proficiency in Excel or MS Project is required.
