Subscription Manager - WFH/Night Shift
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Subscription Manager to oversee subscription billing operations, payment monitoring, and financial reconciliations for a growing SaaS business.
This role will work closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure accurate subscription setup, manage renewals and payment recovery, and maintain reliable financial records across platforms such as Stripe, Salesforce, and NetSuite. The ideal candidate has experience in subscription or billing operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subscription setup and verify pricing, billing terms, contract periods, and product configurations across systems.
- Coordinate subscription upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and mid-term billing adjustments.
- Monitor daily auto-pay transactions, investigate failed payments, and coordinate payment recovery with customers and internal teams.
- Perform monthly reconciliations between Stripe and NetSuite, including revenue, accounts receivable, and deferred revenue.
- Investigate transaction discrepancies and resolve system integration or synchronization issues.
- Ensure sales tax accuracy across applicable states.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to improve subscription processes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI-enabled improvements.
- Support month-end close activities and provide operational insights to Finance leadership.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in subscription operations, billing operations, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage recurring financial processes across multiple systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Stripe, particularly subscription configuration, payment recovery, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Experience in SaaS, recurring revenue, or subscription billing environments.
- Familiarity with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.
- Experience using AI or LLM-based tools to improve analytical and operational workflows
Pay: Php100,000.00 per month
