About the Role
DK Wholemart is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to lead our retail showroom operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, building a strong team and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day showroom operations.
- Recruit, train and manage sales staff and floor supervisors.
- Monitor daily sales, targets and business performance.
- Manage stock receiving, inventory control and stock audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchase teams.
- Maintain product displays and showroom arrangements.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales, stock and staff performance reports.
- Maintain employee attendance, discipline and work schedules.
- Ensure proper store maintenance and operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Experience managing a retail team.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and sales operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit, train and motivate employees.
- Experience in D-Mart, Reliance Smart, Trends, Vishal Mega Mart or similar retail businesses will be preferred.
